Due to our proprietary technology, our instant food products may be either Hot Water Soluble (HWS) or Cold Water Soluble (CWS). Most of our Cold Water Soluble (CWS) products are treated for Cold Water Stability.

For this reason, our products are not only soluble at low temperatures (4° to 8°Celsius), but also remain stable at these temperatures for longer shelf life in ready to drink (RTD) beverages.
